At Next Play Recruiting, our mission is simple but powerful: to empower young volleyball athletes to confidently navigate the collegiate recruiting process and unlock their full potential on and off the court.

Founded by Madison Gates, a former Division 1 setter at Purdue Fort Wayne and DS/libero at Grand Valley State University, Next Play Recruiting was born from firsthand experience with the challenges, confusion, and lack of clear resources that many aspiring athletes face. We understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed by the recruiting landscape, and we are here to change that.

We provide personalized, expert guidance every step of the way - from helping to create standout highlight reels and crafting compelling communications with college coaches, to building customized recruiting timelines and offering one-on-one virtual coaching sessions. Our approach is strategic, supportive, and tailored to each athlete’s unique journey.
